Okay, being a busy person (which I am) . . . I find that I have to search for ways to relax. First, if you know me, you know that I teach, coach, photograph, live, love, etc, etc . . . so I am busy. It is hard for me to find any moments at all to myself, and when I get them -- I stink at just sitting back and relaxing. So, I figured, I would get some advice from you all!
So -- what do you do to relax?
(My answer normally includes my television and good show).

Photography to me is relaxing and stimulating at the same time. It's fun to have a job/hobby I can enjoy so much.
The Simpsons and Seinfeld are also good sources of getting my mind off of the everyday stuff.
When I need to relax I either put on some music and just veg in my room or read some chick lit. Nothing too heavy or it has the opposite effect of relaxing me. ;)
Go for a walk outside (if it's warm enough). While you might think you'll get even more tired, you really won't. TV doesn't really relax me.
I get a great sense of relaxation once I've met all my immediate deadlines and I feel free enough to plug in iTunes and watch an episode of 24 or Grey's Anatomy whenever I want. So, in short, iTunes relaxes me because it has allowed me to watch the TV shows I want to watch when I want to watch them. (No Tivo in my house. I don't even know how to turn on the TV.)
Going for a walk is so relaxing to me. I work on the 6th floor of a 6 floor building (so, I guess that would be the top floor!). Just going down the stairs and walking around the lobby area is enough for me. When the weather is nicer I walk around outside.
Oh, and I always have the radio on. I can't stand it when it is dead quiet in the room.

Yeah, it's been hard lately to find the time to relax . . you all seem to do about what I do . . . 24 is my TV show of choice - though I don't know if it relaxes me or makes me more anxious! :)
In order to really be able to relax I need to be done with all my editing, etc. Once that is done I just lay down in my bed and read a good book. Boring, but it's sure relaxing to me!
I like to either take a walk or go to the gym. It doesn't sound that relaxing, but I really need that endorphin high to keep from getting down in the dumps. I am terrible at just vegging out; even during 24 (it's my show too!) I'm jumping up during commercials to get things done. Hope you're getting some good r&r ideas!
